Stay & Care

  • Professional care, feeding, and supervised socialization for dogs.
  • Emergency veterinary care is authorized, with costs borne by the owner.
  • Any behavioral issues or special needs must be disclosed before check-in.

Fees & Payment

  • Payment for services is due at booking or upon arrival.
  • Additional charges may apply for extended stays, special care, or veterinary treatments.

Liability & Responsibility

  • Owners are liable for any damages caused by their pets.
  • The hotel is not liable for pre-existing conditions or normal pet interactions.
  • Late collection of pets may incur additional fees.

Termination

  • The hotel may terminate the stay if a pet's behavior endangers other animals or staff.
